This spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers multiple living areas, making it ideal for families or groups. The recently remodeled chef’s kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a professional-grade Thor range, and ZLINE appliances—perfect for cooking and entertaining. For convenience, the home includes two full-sized washer and dryer sets. Enjoy downtime in the game and media area, complete with a pool table and foosball. An attached garage keeps your car snow-free in winter, and an OPTIONAL hot tub (additional cleaning/maintenance $75 fee and waiver to be signed after booking) is available for added relaxation under the stars.

There’s also a well-stocked local market and wine/liquor shop less than 10 minutes away, perfect for grabbing steaks, snacks, or your favorite bottle of wine. Grill outdoors on the spacious deck while the kids play yard games or relax by the pond and patio. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy horseback riding or sleigh rides at nearby ranches.

AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS:
Colorado summers are usually mild and ideal for enjoying the great outdoors—but on those warmer days, you’ll stay cool and comfortable inside. The master bedroom and sunroom feature central A/C for consistent climate control, while the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with portable air-conditioning units to keep things pleasant. Every room offers windows that open to let in the crisp mountain air, and a whole-house fan helps circulate fresh breezes throughout the home. The basement, being partially subterranean, naturally stays cool year-round, providing a refreshing retreat even during peak summer temperatures.
MAIN LEVEL:
The primary suite features a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large bathroom complete with a double-headed shower and its own washer and dryer. The sunroom offers a dining table and a cozy sitting area with lovely views of Celebration Pond. There’s also an office with a dedicated workspace and a queen sofa bed, adjacent to a full bathroom. Convenient garage access is available on this level.
SECOND FLOOR:
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: two with king beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a third bedroom with a full-size bed. A second washer and dryer set adds extra convenience. A shared hallway bathroom with a tub serves the floor.
BASEMENT:
The basement includes two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed—as well as a half bathroom. Entertainment options abound here, with a media room featuring a large TV and a game room equipped with pool and foosball tables plus a television.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
Outside, enjoy an expansive backyard with stunning views of Hermosa Mountain and Missionary Ridge. The large deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the outdoor seating area, and unwinding in the optional hot tub (additional $75 maintenance/cleaning fee and waiver to be signed after booking) . High-speed Spectrum internet is available throughout the home to keep you connected.
No smoking anywhere on premises. No pets allowed.
GUEST ACCESS: You have two means for access. One is the front door which will have a dedicated code unique to your stay. There is also access at the garage with a separate keypad and the code will also be given to you.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The hot tub is an optional additional amenity. We have $75 cleaning fee to maintain a hygienic experience and do have a mandatory signed waiver after you agree to the payment.
