It is the ideal retreat for a MULTIGENERATIONAL FAMILY, TWO FAMILIES OR A LARGE GROUP, providing ample space to spread out and relax. Nestled on the mountainside, the home boasts breathtaking views of the Animas Valley.
For your convenience, there is a full-sized WASHER and full-sized DRYER.

You vacation home has three separate entrances all with the same 4-digit code unique just for your stay!
The studio and 2nd/3rd floors have privacy but share an interior stairwell so it feels like one connected home!
Also, on the 1st floor there is utility closet with a full-sized WASHER and full-sized DRYER for your use!
During the winter months, we advise all-wheel or 4-wheel drive due to the gravel driveway.
