Use of the hot tub is optional, but it requires:

• A signed Hot Tub Waiver (available through your Airbnb or direct booking message thread)
• An additional cleaning fee applied after booking confirmation

Guests must complete the waiver before hot tub access will be authorized.

• Gently remove the cover and enjoy your time in the tub
• Please replace the cover and make sure to turn off the jets

⚠️ Essential Rules & Safety Reminders

• Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty.
• No glass, alcohol, or drugs in or near the hot tub.
• Limit soaking time to 30 minutes and keep water temperature below 104°F.
• No diving, jumping, or horseplay.
• Children under 18 must be closely supervised; no children under 5 are allowed.
• Shower before and after use.
• Replace and latch the cover immediately after use.
• Do not sit, stand, or lean on the cover. Damage to the cover or lift will be billed.
• Use caution entering/exiting. Surfaces may be slippery.

Please treat the hot tub as your own:

• Do not unplug, drain, or alter controls.
• Do not add soaps, oils, or any foreign substances.
• Report any issues promptly.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from misuse or neglect.
